Membership

Membership shall be divided into:                                                                                                             

• full
• associated

Full members can be microfinance organizations and credit unions operating in the field of microfinance on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, with impeccable business reputation, recognizing the Association Charter. Full Association members can participate in anaging

Association by taking part in annual and extraordinary General Meeting of Members with voting right on the discussed issues; can elect and nominate candidates for election in the Association government body and to initiate convention of the members' extraordinary meeting.

Associated members can be legal entities, with impeccable business reputation, interested in development and promotion of microfinance on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic and recognizing Association Charter.  Associated members may exercise all rights of the full members of the Association except the right to vote at the general meetings of the members, right to elect and be elected in the Association governing bodies as well as right to convene General meetings of the Association's members.

AS MFI ASSOCIATION MEMBER, YOU CAN:

1. Participate in all events arranged by Association:

• trainings
• seminars
• round tables
• conferences
• meetings with donors and investors

2. Receive information on microfinance best practice

3. Receive legal consultation

4. Receive update in the microfinance legislation

5.Receive regularly updated statistical information on microfinance in the Kyrgyz Republic

6. Receive quarterly Newsletter

7. Be elected onto the Board of directors
